Story behind Mill House

RADIO INTERVIEW

They visited our studio late one Saturday afternoon after hearing the BBC interview.

After a good look around the studio and gallery, he carefully studied the pen and ink drawings, "I like what I see, but they are so small.

They would look like postage stamps in our place," Charles said.

CAN YOU CREATE A STATEMENT PIECE?

"Do you do bigger"? Stretching out his arms.

Would you consider creating a large statement piece with a colour wash?

THE GRAND UNVEILING

Two months later, he returned with his family.

He sat down.

As the curtain was pulled, he turned, reticent, and walked up to the piece to carefully scrutinize every detail.

Charles turned round with an enormous grin on his face.

"Wow"!

Pen, Ink and Wash

The original is sixteen times the size of a normal A4 page and demonstrates how pen and ink reduces beautifully and looks amazing on stationery.

"You've created a stunning piece. Thank You".
